Commissioner General of Immigration, by the authority I have under Regulation No. 11(1) of the 2018 Immigration Operating Regulations, I am announcing new jobs for Immigration Officers for young Tanzanians with the following qualifications:-

QUALIFICATIONS OF THE APPLICANT
- He/she has attended and graduated from the training of the National Building Force (JKT) or the Economic Building Force (JKU) in the camps or has already returned to the Uraiani;
- Be a citizen of Tanzania;
- He/she is unemployed or has never been employed by any Government Institution;
- Have a Birth Certificate;
- Have a National Identity Card or Identification Number issued by the National Identity Authority (NIDA);
- He should be in good physical and mental health certified by a Government Doctor,
- He has never used drugs;
- He should not have any Records or Information of being involved in criminal or criminal matters or events;
- He should not have any marks or drawings (Tattoos) in his body;
- Whether he is single or married or has a child;
- An applicant with a Fourth Form Education should be between 18 and 23 years old,
- Applicant with Sixth Form Education and Diploma should be aged from 18 to 26 years and
- Applicant with Bachelor’s Degree must be between 18 and 30 years old.
- Be ready to work for the Immigration Department anywhere in Tanzania.
- Be ready to pay for yourself in all stages of monitoring and conducting the Employment exercise.

Gardner and Printer.
HOW TO APPLY:
The applicant must submit a handwritten letter of application for employment with a phone number that can be reached at all times.
Along with the employment application letter, the applicant should attach a copy of the following documents:
- Letter of Identification from the Local/Village Government or Shehia;
- Certificate of completion of the training of the National Building Force (JKT) or the Economic Building Force (JKU). For the applicants who are in the Camps, their letters should be sent to the Heads of the respective Camps;
Birth Certificate;
- National Identity Card (NIDA) or NIDA Number from the National Identity Authority;
- Certificate of Form Four, Form Six and Degree;
- Other certificates of graduation in various fields at Diploma and Diploma level (as he has);
- Professional registration certificates for fields that require Board registration;
- viii. Applicant’s Curriculum Vitae (CV),
- Five (05) Navy Blue Passport Photos.
