Young Africans (Yanga) advanced to the final of the Azam Federation Cup thanks to a single goal by Fiston Mayale in their semifinal match against Singida Big Stars. The score was enough to eliminate Big Stars from competition and secure Yanga’s berth in the Finals.
Mayele put an impressive finish on a brilliant performance held at the Liti Stadium in Singida Region. He was placed as a substitute for Clement Mzize in the 80th and scored moments later from 83rd minute outside of the penalty box.
