- Death certificate to prove orphanage (RITA or ZCSRA);
- Self-Disability Form (SDF-1) endorsed by the District Medical Officer (DMO) or Regional Medical Officer (RMO) or any designated medical expert with recognized affiliations;
- Parent Disability Form (PDF-2) endorsed by the District Medical Officer (DMO) or Regional Medical Officer (RMO) or any designated medical expert with recognized affiliations;
- Corporate Sponsorship Form (SCSF-3) supporting financial assistance received by applicant during pre-university/college schooling. SCSF-3 to be endorsed by applicant’s corporate sponsor;
- Household vulnerability evidence endorsed by approved District Social Welfare Officer;
- Retirement letter endorsed by the last employer recognized by the National Pension Scheme;
- Social Support Beneficiary’s number from Tanzania Social Action Fund (TASAF).

HESLB Online Loan Application 2023/2024 | Application Process
Open any web browser on your device and visit the HESLB OLAMS website https://olas.heslb.go.tz
For ease of access, you can click HERE FOR OLAMS Login HESLB. When you’re on the home page, then click on “Apply for Loan,” as shown on the image below and indicate whether you are a NECTA student or a non-NECTA student.
Once you have made your choice of “NECTA” or “Non-NECTA,” You will now be able to see the registration form.
In order to complete the registration process successfully, please ensure that you correctly fill out all the required information. Please pay close attention to each section and enter your details as accurately as possible, as a small mistake can cause HESLB to not approve your application.
Pay the application fee. Applicants are required to submit a non-refundable one-time fee of TZS 30,000.00/= using GePG via NMB, CRDB, TPB, Vodacom M-PESA, TIGO PESA or AIRTEL MONEY to complete the payment process for their application. To complete the online application process on the OLAMS website, applicants must print and sign the application forms in accordance with the Credit Agreement, as well as attach all necessary documents. Verification can then be obtained before uploading to the OLAMS platform.
