Night Shift 2 is not your typical medical show. It features a variety of characters, each with their own story and personality. Drama Story
The night shift workers at the San Antonio Memorial, including adrenaline junkie TC Callahan (Eoin Macken, Merlin), have a different, irreverent approach to their work.
After enduring three deployments to Afghanistan, TC realizes that his toughest battles will be fought on his own soil.
While TC likes to play the occasional prank with his irreverent group of late-night companions, which includes his best friend Topher (Ken Leung, Lost) and his protégé Drew (Brendan Fehr, Roswell), they are all dedicated and serious when it comes to to a matter of saving lives.
Dr. Jordan Alexander (Jill Flint, The Good Wife), the new night shift supervisor and TC’s ex-girlfriend, works hard to maintain order, but TC’s behavior presents challenges. After graduating from medical school, Paul (Robert Bailey Jr., Coraline) is still adjusting to the demands of working in the emergency room.
While Kenny (JR Lemon, Tyler Perry’s A Madea Christmas) is an experienced nurse who keeps the doctors on their toes and isn’t afraid to break some rules to get the job done, Krista (Jeananne Goossen, Alcatraz), a new intern, has. something to give.
As for the only psychiatrist on the night shift, Landry de la Cruz (Daniella Alonso, Revolución), she discovers that taking care of her colleagues is as important as taking care of the patients on the ward.
Unfortunately, upper management has changed overnight and Michael Ragosa (Freddy Rodríguez, Six Feet Under), the boss, must deal with a reputation associated with his preference for cutting costs over serving people’s needs. However, TC has never met a law he couldn’t break or someone he wouldn’t fight.
