UNEB PLE Results 2023: The Minister of Education and Sports has officially presented the results of the Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB) 2023, especially the results of the Primary Leaving Examinations (PLE). The inauguration ceremony was held at the Presidential Office Hall in Kampala.

During the announcement, the president of UNEB presented statistical information on the results, dividing the percentages of success by district. The President shared information about the overall success rate, highlighting the percentage of students who passed the exams. In addition, information was given about the number of students who, after passing the exams, now have the qualifications to join universities.

This release marks an important moment for students, parents, and educators as PLE results play an important role in shaping students’ academic orientation. The statistics released during this event provide important insights into the educational achievements and aspirations of students in various districts, thereby contributing to a broader understanding of the educational environment in Uganda.

HOW DO I CHECK A MY RESULTS USING A PHONE VIA SMS?

  1. Using SMS, Go to messages.
  2. Type the Exam code say, PLE [leave space] INDEX NUMBER and send to 6600.

For example,

  • To check for PLE candidate 000012/003.
  • Go to messages, type PLE 000012/003 and send to 6600.
  • You will receive an SMS with the results.
  • Please note that this service is charged UGX 500 per SMS

If you don’t use SMS platforms, then you can also use UNEB’s e-registration platform which also has the latest results.

HOW DO I CHECK A MY RESULTS USING THE INTERNET ?

  1. Using Internet Browser, Go to your web browser.
  2. Type ereg.uneb.ac.ug/results in your browser.
  3. In the form, enter the candidate’s Index Number and click SEARCH.
  4. A page with the Candidate’s results will load.
  5. Please note that this service is free and all you need is internet to access it.
