The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has today announced the launch of online ticket sales for the African Nations Finals (CAN 2023) to be held in Ivory Coast in 2024, “to attract football fans across the continent and beyond to Africa’s premier football event.”
The first round of online ticketing will be reserved exclusively for VISA payment card holders on November 11, adds CAF’s press release, noting that tickets can be purchased at http://tickets.cafonline.com/AFCON.
Another public sale will be launched on the platform two days later, on Monday November 13.

This first-of-its-kind Africa Cup of Nations project is designed to allow fans to purchase tickets in advance of this year’s tournament, which will take place from January 13 to February 11 next year, in the cities of Abidjan, Ivory Coast. , Bouaké, Korhogo, San Pedro and Yamoussoukro.
Giving more details on ticket sales, a CAF statement said the 34th edition of Africa’s biennial celebration of football will have 25 percent of the group stage tickets to be purchased during this sales period.
Prices will range from approximately 80 DH ($8) for unit 3, to 160 DH ($16) for unit 2, and up to 240 DH ($24), notes the press release. During this time, fans will be able to purchase up to six group stage tickets per household.
