A unique feature of the UEFA Nations League is the way teams can qualify for the UEFA Champions League. The best performing teams in each league that do not qualify for the European Championship through the traditional playoffs receive a knockout stage. These play-offs consist of four teams from each league competing for the remaining places in the European Championship.

The UEFA Nations League has been well received by fans and teams alike, as it brings competition and excitement to international football. It provides an opportunity for smaller nations to face stronger opponents and for larger nations to test their mettle against strong opposition. In addition, the tournament enables the development and growth of soccer in Europe by providing more meaningful matches for teams of all levels.
